The Services of the Operational Force of DVP Durres, patrolling in the city of Shijaku on 24.11.2023, have found a vehicle whose leader made suspicious movements as soon as he saw the police services. After the police stopped, it turned out that the driver of the vehicle, citizen T.H. was a minor and uninsured with driving license.

In the application of standard procedures, citizen T.H. was accompanied to the Police Station durres for further proceduran actions.

Citizens L.H. and E.H., relatives of T.H. citizens (accompanied by the Police), conflicted with each other, near the Local Police Directorate of Durres, before they came forward to receive information about their relative.

Immediately, the services of the Special Force "Eagle" were approached, which intervened to prevent the escalation of the conflict and accompanied the citizen E.H. and citizen L.H., who was in a drunken state. After the proceedings were carried out, both citizens were released.

Whereas for the minor citizen T.H. are referred materials to the Prosecution Office where the proceedings in a free state have been initiated for the criminal offense "Driving vehicles in an irregular manner".

Also, for the owner of the vehicle that was driving the minor citizen, citizen E.B. an administrative measure of 25 000 ALL and additional measure suspension of driving license for 1 year, according to the Road Code.

The Local Police Directorate of Durres invites citizens to report at number 112 and in the Digital Commissariat, any case of violation of road traffic rules and guarantees them that it will react immediately, according to the law and impartially.
