According to their testimony, it is learned that he tried to abuse the woman, but he abused the 17-year-old girl, who had disability problems related to impaired vision.
Çobaj, who was from the village of Vajzë, had gone the day before and was passed off as a butcher who wanted to buy a calf.

According to the testimony of the head of the family, the 38-year-old forced the woman to tie him up, and then tied her up himself. He put all the family members in the hut and abused one of the girls. It was the older daughter who managed to get away and sought help in the neighborhood, where the family lives just 30 minutes from the main road.
