"The smell of the bodies could be felt outside", SHOCKING details from
Ismet Zenelaj

New details have emerged regarding the serious incident that occurred in Mallakastër, where two elderly brothers were found dead in their apartment.

The headman of the village of Çorrush, where the incident occurred, was the one who found the victims dead in their home and notified the police.

Ismet Zenelaj said that one of the brothers was found dead in the hallway of the house, while the other was somewhat naked. According to him, one of the elderly men was bedridden because he was sick.

"They were elderly and none of them were moving. When I went to the apartment, the door was closed, and I took a ladder where I could see out the window. One of them had fallen in the middle of the hallway and the other was slightly naked, but I couldn't distinguish them well. The smell of the bodies can be felt even outside the apartment," said Zenelaj, emphasizing that they may have died for several days.

The two brothers lived alone and were supported only by old-age pensions.
