The meeting of constitutional judges has decided to review an episode, this time it is not the legality of SKY ECC,   a battle won by SPAK even in the constitutional court, but the issue of properties frozen after the Metamorfoz arrests.

The lawsuit alleging a violation of the constitution was filed by citizen Pëllumb Gjoka, who is being held in pre-trial detention, as well as Kolë Gjoka  and the Imperial Group Company .

The interested party is the Special Prosecution Office, which has blocked nearly 390 thousand square meters of land in the Velipoja area under suspicion that they were obtained through forgery.

But the lawsuit insists that the preventive seizure should be repealed as incompatible with the constitution, among other things, with the argument that they are registered with the Albanian Association of Civil Servants in the name of a company and citizen Kolë Gjoka.

SPAK's positions have been made public regarding these assets at all three levels of justice.

The Metamorphosis case involving the accused Pëllumb Gjoka, former police officer Oltion Bistri and former prosecutor Xhevahir Lita, as well as members of the Bajra group, has gone to trial several months after the preliminary hearings.
