On 25.05.2024, the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës has assigned to this citizen, the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Deliberate serious injury" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons" , explosive weapons and ammunition".

He is accused that on 15.05.2024, after a conflict for weak motives, in the place called "Circle of Poplars", Durrës, he wounded the citizen RB with a firearm

It is accused that 6 months ago, he committed a gunshot wound at the Plepa roundabout in Durrës, the 25-year-old is extradited from Frankfurt.

As a result of the continuous coordination of the work with the counterparts of Interpol Wiesbaden, Interpol Tirana finalized the procedures for the extradition of the citizen EK, 25 years old, born in Kavajë, from Germany to Albania.
