At the request of SPAK, GJKKO terminates the investigation for fraud against MP Agron Çela.

Investigations started after a citizen accused him of not returning the borrowed money.

But after the investigations, SPAK concluded that there was no criminal offense and the conflict was extinguished because Çela together with the citizen had resolved the conflict in a civil way and had returned the debt with a notarial contract and in these conditions it does not exist in court.

On the other hand, according to the sources, he had gone to the ILDKPKI for the declaration of assets, whether the deputy had declared this loan or not.

What SPAK found is the fact that Çela had not declared this loan taken from his man, he asked the ILDKPKI if he had taken any administrative measures for not declaring the loan and when he found that he had not, he came to the conclusion that there was no criminal offense .

The decision was taken by judge Erjon Çela.
