At noon this Wednesday, 31-year-old Amarildo Ndreca (Kola) , who was wanted for attempted murder, was arrested .

On March 6, the 31-year-old man, in cooperation with two other people, tried to kill the citizen Agron Puka with a firearm, in front of a school in the village of Rrilë in Lezha.

According to the police announcement, 6 other citizens who accompanied the 31-year-old man, have been prosecuted for the production and sale of narcotics and/or supporting the perpetrator of the crime.

With a pistol with him, in a bar in Laç, while he was being searched for an attempted murder, the 31-year-old was handcuffed.

The detainee and 2 other citizens, in March 2024, tried to kill the AP citizen in the village of Rrilë.

6 citizens who accompanied the 31-year-old man, for the production and sale of narcotics and/or supporting the perpetrator of the crime, are being prosecuted.

The firearm, its comb, 15 cartridges, 2 vehicles, 2 mobile phones and a sum of money are seized.

During the 24/7 monitoring of the situation on the ground, as part of the police mega-operation coded "Rule of Law", information was provided on the location of a citizen wanted for attempted murder. The information was administered immediately and within the "Double Trouble" operation, the special operational forces and the "Eagle", as well as the Section against Crimes against the Person, of DVP Lezhë, intervened to capture and detain this citizen.

As a result, in a bar in Laç, citizen AN alias AK, 31 years old, was handcuffed. The court of Lezha had assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", in absentia, for the criminal offenses "Murder with premeditation", remaining in the attempt, carried out in collaboration and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition". . This citizen is accused of having, in cooperation with the citizens of KN and VT, tried to kill with a firearm, in the village of Rrilë, on 06.03.2024, the citizen of AP.

From the physical check carried out at the time of the arrest, 1 firearm, a pistol with combat ammunition was found on the 31-year-old man, while during the check in the bar where he was arrested, a plate with suspected remains of the narcotic substance Cocaine was found.

Following the procedural actions for the case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in free status for the 6 citizens who accompanied the citizen AN alias AK to the bar, specifically for the citizen PJ, 28 years old, for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics" and "Supporting the author of the crime", as well as for citizens M. Ll., 50 years old, A. Gj., 23 years old, B. Gj., 36 years old, AN alias AK, 45 years old and NB, 34 years old , for the criminal offense "Supporting the author of the crime".

The procedural materials were passed to the Lezha Prosecutor's Office for further investigation.
