After the tragic event that happened in Tirana where a 36-year-old woman lost her life in the QSUT hospital, while earlier the baby was also found dead in the womb, the police reacted.

According to the police, the young woman died as a result of cardio-respiratory arrest.

"On 05.10.2024, the citizen of BD, 36 years old, was presented to the maternity hospital after having health complications. From the medical examination, it was found that her 9-month-old fetus was dead.

Then, on 07.10.2024, this citizen lost her life, allegedly as a result of cardio-respiratory arrest. In this case, there were no reports or claims from the family members, due to the loss of life.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for evaluation", the police announced.
