A Municipal Police employee in Tirana has been arrested after allegedly punching his superior during a conflict on the institution's premises.

The arrested man is 31-year-old Adi Hazizi, who is suspected of hitting Skënder Delija, the head of the Territorial Surveillance Sector.

The conflict began after Haziz was transferred to another sector.

After this move, the 31-year-old went to his superior's office, where after a verbal argument, the situation escalated and the 31-year-old allegedly punched Delija.

The latter claimed that the violence was committed due to duty, after he had communicated the decision to move him to another sector.
