A serious incident was recorded in a nursing home in Tirana.

Today, on 08.08.2024, around the early hours of the morning, 78-year-old Zyhdi Shehi, for weak motives, hit his roommate, citizen VV, 82 years old, several times with a cane (iron stick). who died as a result of the injuries he received.

POLICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Specialists of the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector in Tirana DVP in cooperation with Police Station No. 1, arrested the citizen Mr. Sh., 78 years old, a resident of a private asylum for the elderly, for the criminal offense of "Deliberate murder", provided for by Article 76 of the Criminal Code.
