The Special Court has given the verdict for the persons of the "Spirti" file tried with the summary trial procedure.

In total, 16 people were sentenced to 150 years in prison, but with a 100-year sentence.

Toni Kushi – 12/8 years
Mariglen Çaçi – 12/8 years

Çezar Xhomemo – 3/2 years (release, completed the sentence)
Shkëlzen Kamberi – 12/8 years
Malton Lleshi – 12/8 years
Luan Zylyftari – Innocent (cultivation of natkotik & structured criminal group)
Artan Zylyftari – 8/5 years and 4 months in prison
Geri Zylyftari - 8/5 years and 4 months in prison
Erind Zylyftari - 8/5 years and 4 months in prison
Ilir Gaba - 8/5 years and 4 months in prison
