Besian Xhixha, arrested since June 2021, as part of the criminal group that executed the brothers Besmir and Viktor Haxhia in Durres, the man who is also considered one of the closest associates of Nuredin Dumani, insists that SPAK give him the status of the penitent, as he claims to confess to terrible crimes which the righteous penitent conceals.

In one of the last hearings held in the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime, regarding the progress of the investigations into the suspects of the "Golden Bullet" operation, Xjixha has repeated the request to be taken into custody, reports News24.

He went even further, as he declared that if the prosecution had taken his testimony, there would not have been so many killed in Fushë Krujë and Fushë Kuqe, apparently implying the mafia executions of people close to Ervis Martinaj and the disappearance without a trace of the long-sought justice.

Besian Xhixha and his friend, Enver Diva, were arrested by order of SPAK on June 17, 2021, after the repentant justice, Klevis Alla implicated them as accomplices in the murder of two brothers Besmir and Viktor Haxhia in April 2020.

They are accused of providing the conditions and means for the murder of two brothers, while they were the first to be contracted for their murder by Nuredin Dumani and Talo Cela. The plan failed after Enver Diva was affected by Covid.

But after the arrest of Nuredin Duman, the latter, after receiving the status of a penitent, aggravated the criminal situation of Xixha, as he implicates her in other serious crimes.
