The 16-year-old minor who was injured in the midday accident on the Vlora-Fier axis died during transport to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana .

The two young men , Luan Llano, 19, and Tomorr Brati, 16, were riding a Piago motorcycle this afternoon on " Democracy " street.

At one point, the motorcycle, driven by the 19-year-old, went out of control, colliding with an electric pole on the side of the road and a wooden pole.

Luan Llano died at the scene, while 16-year-old Tomorr Brati was seriously injured at the scene and then left for Tirana to the Trauma Hospital, where he also died en route.

Police announcement:

Following the accident that occurred today, on "Demokracia" street, we inform you that citizen L. Ll., 19 years old, who died at the scene, was the driver of the vehicle.

Also, minor citizen TM, 16 years old, who was traveling as a passenger, died during transport to the Trauma Hospital.

At the conclusion of the investigative actions, the materials will be referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further procedural actions.
