Altin Luli is the 47-year-old man who died on Monday morning, after a horrific accident that occurred on the Shkodër-Lezha axis.

The police said that in the electric car where the victim was traveling were his wife and two minor children, who were injured and transported to Shkodra Hospital.

Fortunately, they are reported to be out of danger.

The accident involved three vehicles, a truck and two cars.

Under circumstances still unclear, the truck almost completely destroyed one of the victim's cars, and also hit another, which overturned on the road.

The fire service had to intervene to remove the deceased's body from the wreckage of the vehicle.
