I have given several times the alarm that SPAK and GJKKO are not in their role, they are not within their duty, they are justifying their failure to crack down on high-level political and state corruption as well as organized crime, simply and only with statistics as well as the infamous invention of the "Structured Criminal Group", at a time when these so-called Criminal Groups are not.

SPAK and GJKKO are surviving by taking the "clientele" of prosecutors and district courts, investigating and prosecuting for the second time the poor of this country, simply and only to make it appear that SPAK and its evil tail Special Court, they seem to be making a name for themselves!

The sensational process of the 32 detainees being trumpeted loudly, is a great noise, a great bluff, a great disappointment. It is known how Nuredin Dumani was caught. In this operation of Nuredin Dumani and the State Police, not of the SPAK, only 6 people are the object of the work of the SPAK, but none of their heads have been captured. The object of SPAK is Nuredin Dumani who has committed 17 serious criminal offenses, Henrik Hoxhaj who has committed 9 criminal offenses, Eljo Bitri 7 criminal offenses, Talo Çela 9 criminal offenses, Festim Qali 4 serious criminal offenses.

While the other 26 detainees in this process have no connection with the Structured Criminal Groups, they are not within the competence of the SPAK and the Special Court and are kept in prison only for media shows!

In yesterday's trial, it became clear that the vast majority of these 26 arrested have not committed any criminal offense, but are victims of monstrous slander and ridicule even under the effect of being Nuredin Dumani's superdrogman with SPAK, to benefit this murderer paid criminal unjustly from being "repentant of justice"!

The prosecutors of SPAK and the Special Court yesterday, although faced with strong evidence, with acts and court decisions that they had previously given, where it turned out that there was no reasonable doubt from what was slandered by Duman for Agron Qafë and 25 others, to bring the "show" to an end, as well as to openly show that they are dependent on the orders that carry out these "media shows", did not at least make the necessary changes to some innocent citizens who are held in handcuffs in vain in vain in this process.

The most serious was the case of the citizen from Elbasan, whom Nuredin Dumani accused of theft in Kavaja, at a time when Prosecutors and the Court had this person 3 months before this theft and 6 months later in custody, which means a low slander. But even this case was not corrected by the Special Court, because it came out of its crazy "function", like the tail and the convinced "notary" of SPAK!
