The denunciation of the "Gjoka Construction" employee: The tunnel
Arbri Street

The first two tunnels on Rruga e Arbri collapsed, not due to natural or geological causes, but because polystyrene was inserted to save concrete.

This is the denunciation of an employee of the "Gjoka Construction" company, published by the economist Pano Soko, through a post on social networks.

The whistleblower further adds that the "Gjoka Construction" company has withheld 10% of his first salary and refuses to give it to him as he has resigned and expects to leave for England. The citizen states that this company "is related to politics and that they give 20 million and 40 million once every three months, abusing the construction of the Arbri road".

"On the Arbri road, in the first two tunnels with a length of 540 meters, it collapsed not for natural or geological reasons, but to save concrete, polystyrene was inserted. The concrete carried polystyrene, the top kissed it like rock, and the tunnel collapsed. He made the bypass as a war bypass... the tunnels have layers, one plastic and one like a white blanket. In tunnels, this happens only in the first 12 meters. This is found by the prosecution, how many square meters have been received and cleared, how many have been calculated for tunnels and how many are in the warehouse" , writes the citizen, among other things.

Soko calls on law enforcement agencies to verify the allegations. The expert adds that the financial cost of this concession so far is extraordinary and this is proven.

"A call to law enforcement agencies. The accusations are concrete and must be verified as a minimum either by the SSC or the Prosecutor's Office. One thing is a fact, the financial cost of this concession so far is extraordinary. The state must answer!" , writes Soko next to the message of the citizen who filed the complaint.
