Klos was sentenced by the court to 2 years and 6 months in prison, which with a shortened trial was 20 months.

In the meantime, after his release, he will remain under house arrest for the second charge of money laundering, until the prosecution decides after the deadline set by the court.

The former official during the time when the Ministry of Finance was headed by Arben Ahmetaj was found guilty of not declaring income, a crime discovered after the complaint that her apartment was stolen.

For Klos, the prosecution asked for a sentence of 2.6 years of imprisonment, while declaring that it had carried out the financial analysis, but it turned out that the sum of almost 500 million ALL is not proven by legal sources. The other charge for which she was investigated, that of money laundering, was not raised against the former official.
