Criminal expert and former police chief, Artan Rexhepi, in an interview for the show "Breaking" on Top News with journalist Xhoi Malësia, made a strong statement, saying that prison 313 has fallen out of use and pointed out that executions could be carried out from outside, since the prison, according to him, is near residential buildings.

"Prison 313 has fallen into disuse... There is a document from the Construction Institute when we were experts, because it was a project that would be restored or something new would be built. There are degenerations in the structure, it can no longer be repaired. It can no longer be used as a prison due to the conditions it has, and that it is near housing. There cannot be a prison near housing, a VIP prisoner, I am saying for example like Nuredin Dumanin, who can be executed with a sniper from outside. Prisons should be built outside cities, like the whole world has them," said Rexhepi.

Inside the Jordan Misja detention center, or as it is also known, the "313" prison in the capital, are some of the most well-known names in organized crime. Former President Ilir Meta is also detained there.
