Andrew Bode is wanted as the executor of businessman Edmond Papa. The 44-year-old, who previously used the name Edvin, was born in Berat and lives in Tirana, as well as his business activity in Korça.

The police suspect that he may have left the country illegally, since the TIMS system does not show that he has gone to any of the border crossing points.

The 44-year-old is also known as Edvin Bode, a name he changed a few years ago. Bode is a businessman in the city of Korça as he owns a company that deals with import and export, wholesale and retail of drinking water, storage and transportation of drinking water and other non-alcoholic beverages.

In this event, Bode was allegedly assisted by Albano Velo.

The police suspect that the crime may be related to the murder of Aleksandër Sadikaj in the June 2022 tritol assassination near the TEG roundabout.

Bode and Velo turn out to have acquaintances with Sadikaj, but it is not yet clear the relationship or conflict that Sadikaj and Papa may have had with each other.

The police do not rule out the possibility that they were paid for the businessman's murder.

Albano Velo was arrested on January 1 in Rinas, as the person who ordered the murder of Edmond Papa, but he denies involvement in the event.

Edmond Papa was executed with 9 bullets in a bar on 'Fadil Bodinaku' street in the afternoon of December 16. He was immediately taken to the Trauma hospital, but did not survive his injuries.
