A 69-year-old man has died in Korça after falling from the body of a tractor. He was taken to the city's hospital but died as a result of his injuries.

Meanwhile, the police have detained the driver of the tractor and blocked the vehicle.

Korça/ Preliminary information

At around 2:30 p.m., family members took citizen F. Xh., about 69 years old, to the emergency room of Korça Hospital in serious condition, who is suspected of having accidentally fallen from the body of a tractor.

As a result of the injuries sustained, this citizen died in hospital.

The driver of the vehicle, citizen BM, 26 years old, is being escorted to the police station for further action.

The Zetor-type vehicle has also been seized as material evidence.

The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is working to clarify the circumstances of the case.
