Tirana Police are continuing investigations into the explosion that occurred shortly before midnight on "Sadik Petrela" Street.

As a result of an explosive placed on the balcony of an apartment on the 9th floor, the glass and the balcony's window were damaged. Fortunately, no one was injured.

Police officers have discovered that the apartment is in the name of Albert Thoma, while the latter has rented it to Elena Arza.

The investigation team states that she was not questioned because she was not in the apartment at the time of the incident. Also, her location remains unknown at this time.

It is suspected that the explosives were dropped by drone, but this is not the only possibility being investigated. The investigation team does not rule out the possibility of staging the incident.
