The suspected perpetrator of the constructionist's murder today in Vlora, is Rei Meta, son of high prosecutorial council member Nurihan Meta.

Thirty-three-year-old Ray Meta shot at builder Armando Meshau, who fell to the ground and lost his life. The two of them started selling an apartment. According to witnesses, it is alleged that 33-year-old Meshau told Meta that "you're not going to take the apartment" before the man punched him twice in the face.

Police arrested Ray Meta hours after the ordeal in Vlora's "Lungomaren."

Nurihan (Seiti) Meta is a member of the High Prosecutorial Council since the institution was established in 2018. She was elected by the Assembly of the Republic of Albania from the ranks of the National Chamber of Advocates.

Her name became known to the public during the vote of the new SPAK leader, as her vote went in favour of candidate Edvin Kondili.
