Prime Minister Edi Rama, in the speech held at the media forum for Southeast Europe, also spoke about the agreement with Italy for immigrants.
While talking about the role of the media and journalists, the prime minister accused the latter of having distorted the words of his Italian counterpart Giorgia Meloni about the category of refugees that will be selected to be brought to Albania.
"Even so many days after signing that agreement, I have to answer questions about 3 thousand African men, which has never been the case. The Italian Prime Minister said that pregnant women and minors will not be included in this program, they will be taken and taken immediately where they can be given immediate help. I don't know how many times during these days I had to clarify it and it continues to remain embedded in all those fantasies that are produced by these lies to be used for political war. Africans will come here, sexually starved... Until this point. The question for you folks is how to fight this, and this is just one example involving two countries. What worries me the most is that there is no more dialogue, there are trenches from which attacks are then carried out ," said Rama.
