39-year-old arrested for injuring car service owner in Shkodra (NAME)

The perpetrator of the assault in Shkodra was arrested yesterday. 39-year-old Izvin Gucija was arrested by police near his apartment.

A few minutes after the incident, officers managed to capture the 40-year-old man who shot at citizen Genc Hoxha, 45 years old.

Meanwhile, the police have also revealed details that led to the injury of Genc Hoxha, who was shot in the leg and is out of danger.

According to sources, the injured man, known as Izvin Gucin, the latter owner of a car repair shop, had taken his vehicle to this service near the Dervishbeg bridge some time ago.

The 45-year-old was not satisfied with the service and went to the service a few days ago and, according to police sources, insulted the perpetrator of the injury, but the latter did not take any action because he was impatient.

Yesterday, citizen Genc Hoxha went to the service station again and during the argument, the injury occurred.

The officers found a shell casing at the scene of the incident that is suspected to belong to the arrested perpetrator. The blue uniforms also seized the pistol firearm that is suspected to have been used to inflict this injury.

The police continue to work to fully unravel the incident.
