The Greek police made a surprise check in the Domoko prison cells in the early hours of this Wednesday morning.

The action was executed by police officers of the Robbery Department after information indicating that there were mobile devices and improvised weapons in the foreigners' cells.

Local media reports that mobile phones and improvised knives were found and confiscated during the raid. At the same time, the charges against 12 prisoners were added, including Alket Rizai.

The police control was carried out in seven cells with a total of seventeen 17 prisoners, in the Domokos General Detention Center in Fthiotida.

In this operation, a total of 12 prisoners were caught, who have been locked up in the Detention Center and a case has been filed against them for violating the legislation on weapons.

During the investigations, the following were found and seized:

5 - improvised skewers and 2 metal, 7 - screwdriver, 2 - knife, stick consisting of three parts joined and connected with fabrics, 5 - mobile phones with SIM cards, 8 - charger and 3 USB type cables,
17 - USB sticks, smart watch with charger, 3 metal forks and parts of the metal fork, wired and wireless headphones, 2 pieces of blade, razor and improvised razor fitted with a wooden straw, plexiglass piece and metal spatula.

A preliminary investigation is being conducted by the sub-directorate of Lamia Security.
