The appeal of the GJKKO overturns Argita Berisha and Jamarbër Malltezi, leaves the seizure of 25 properties in force

The Special Appeal Court rejects the appeal of Jamarbër Malltez and Argita Berisha for the release of 25 properties from seizure. The second instance of the judiciary did not consider the couple's next request, leaving in force the decision previously given by the Special Court.

The Supreme Court previously ruled on the seizure of 25 of Malltez's properties, and upheld the same decision.

The assets were seized as part of the investigations into the "Partizani" file.
