The Prosecutor's Office of the Judicial District of Tirana requests the seizure of real estate for the citizen Altin Gega based on articles 3 to 7, 11, 12, 14 and 15 et seq. of law no. 10192 dated 03.12.2009 "On preventing and combating organized crime, trafficking and corruption through preventive measures against wealth", amended.

The Prosecutor's Office of the Judicial District of Tirana has registered the property reference no. 67, year 2021, based on the material received from the Tirana Local Police Directorate.

Citizen AG, was detained and arrested on 27.07.2021 in flagrante delicto by the police officers of the Narcotics Section, near the Local Police Directorate of Tirana, accused of the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", carried out in cooperation, foreseen from article 283/2 of the Criminal Code.

There are strong suspicions that this citizen had connections with criminal groups in Tirana, focused mainly on the distribution of drugs and the transportation of goods such as cannabis and cocaine.

Citizen AG, from the information received during the operation, has carried out this activity in the field of selling cocaine, also in other countries outside of Albania, such as in Italy, the Netherlands, but more focused and intensively in Germany.

In advance, from the information gathered on the operative route as well as after a long work, family assets have been identified, which are not justified from an economic point of view by the citizen AG and are suspected to be related to and derived from his criminal activity.

From the performance of investigative and procedural actions on account of the property investigation with no. 67 of 2021, as well as based on the existence of information or reasonable suspicion that the real estate owned by him and other family members are suspected to be the result of the criminal agreements we mentioned above as they are unjustified in relation to income and profits from legal activity.

Given that the assets identified during the investigation that are owned by the citizen AG, and his family members, are at risk of being alienated, destroyed, damaged, transferred/transported or any other case that is suspected to endanger the implementation of a possible confiscation measure, it is imperative that the assets identified in the name of the suspect citizen: AG, born and resident in Tirana be subject to confiscation, as all the legal criteria analyzed above are met.

For the above based on articles 3 to 7, 11, 12, 14 and 15 et seq. of law no. 10192 dated 03.12.2009 "On preventing and combating organized crime, trafficking and corruption through preventive measures against wealth", amended.

LOOKING FOR:

Seizure of real estate as follows:

1. Cadastral Area No. 3976, property type UNIT with Property No. 52/44+2-N4, with an area of ​​465.3 m2, owned by citizens GG and Sh.G;

2. Cadastral Area No. 3976, property type UNIT with Property No. 52/44+2-N2, with an area of ​​149.25 m2, owned by citizens G. G and Sh.G;

3. Cadastral Area No. 3976, property type UNIT with Property No. 52/44+3-N4, with an area of ​​659.3 m2, owned by citizens GG and Sh.G;

4. Cadastral area no. 3426, property type ARË with no. Property 76/42, with an area of ​​1400 m2, owned by citizen GG, with identification no. personal ID number G21127076S, registered on 09.12.2020;

5. Cadastral area no. 3426, property type GOLD with no. Property 493/25, with an area of ​​1580 m2, owned by citizen GG; AND

6. Cadastral area no. 8110, property type TRUALL with property no. 3/455, with an area of ​​248.1 m2, owned by citizen GG The property was acquired with legalization permit no. 1230170 dated 27.07.2018 which is a 4-storey residential building with ground floor area 98.2 m2, first floor area 107.3 m2, veranda area 19.4 m2, second floor 89.7m2, veranda area 41.6m2, third floor area 82.5m2 and veranda area 48.8m2.

For the Administration and use of movable and immovable assets, the Seized and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency, under the Tirana Ministry of Interior, should be charged.

The judicial police officer should be charged with the execution of this decision.
