The Russian oil ship, how did the businessman, Pirro Bare, withdraw from the purchase at the last moment?

The passports of the crew and the captain of the ship that transported oil worth 30 million dollars from Greece to Albania are blocked. The investigation of this file is expected to have developments and it is very likely that the police will arrest the captain of the ship where the day before, the amount of 22,500 tons of oil that was suspected to be coming from Russian ports was blocked.

The ship with the Libyan flag and Russian crew was blocked by the Albanian customs and police authorities, as it was transporting a very large amount of oil worth about 30 million dollars to the Port "Porto Romano" in Durrës. At this stage of the investigation, the only person who can be detained is the captain of the tanker, the Russian citizen, Aleksei Smaznov. As for the rest of the ship's crew, their passports have been blocked.

The captain of the tanker ship Smaznov has shown that he works for a Libyan company, since the ship is also from Libya. But during his brief testimony, the captain was not in a position to provide explanations regarding the place of the oil cargo and the lack of a certificate of origin for this amount of oil.

Smaznov has shown that he is only a carrier and nothing more. But during the investigations, the Durrës police discovered that the ship that Aleksei Smaznov was driving, stayed in a port in Kalamata, Greece.

A Turkish tanker named "Fidani" went to this very port, which was loaded with oil suspected to have been bought in one of the ports of the Russian Federation in the Black Sea. The Turkish ship "Fidani" unloaded 22 thousand tons and 500 liters of oil on board the Libyan ship, which then transported it from Kallamata to Albania.

But 22 thousand tons and 500 liters of diesel do not have a certificate of product origin. With the suspicions that the amount of oil was taken in Russia and in the absence of a certificate of origin, the prosecution and the Durres Police decided to block the ship and seize the passports of all the Russian crew members, including the captain, Aleksei Smaznov.

In his brief testimony, the latter has shown that the amount of oil in the ship was ordered by an oil agency in Albania. The police have discovered that the company is called "AV Internacional Group", which is owned by the hydrocarbon businessman Piro Bare and administered by the citizen, Orledia Bare.

Based on these circumstances, the Durrës police went to the premises of the company " AV Internacional Group ", making contact with the businessman Piro Bare.

Ky i fundit gjatë ditës së djeshme ka dhënë shpjegime, ku ka treguar se kishte bërë negociata, me një kompani nga Libia, për blerjen e një sasie nafte dhe sjelljen e saj në Shqipëri. Bare ka shtuar se naftë, kishte porositur në Libi dhe jo në Rusi, siç dyshohet se ka origjinën ky produkt.

Bare ka dëshmuar se kompania ku ai ka bërë porosinë, quhet “Ses Dmç Group”, me të cilën ka shkëmbyer disa e-maile. Por teksa anija ka hyrë në ujërat e detit Adriatik, Piro Bare, ka paraqitur dokumentacion në doganën e Portit të Durrësit, për ta shkarkuar këtë ngarkesë në depozitat e tij në “Porto Romano”.

Për shkak të problemeve në dokumentacion, Piro Bare, nuk ka mundur të “çajë” dot në doganën e Durrësit me qëllim futjen e naftës në Shqipëri. Dhe për pasojë ka vendosur të tërhiqet nga blerja e kësaj sasie, duke vendosur të braktisë procedura në Doganën e Durrësit.
