Accused of murdering Artur Çangu in Nikël, suspected perpetrator arrested

Eduart Afmataj, the perpetrator of the murder of Artur Çangu in Nikël, is arrested.

Afmataj was arrested in the Qafë Shtama area in an old abandoned apartment.

Yesterday, Çangu had gone to his parents' apartment and parked his vehicle on the street. This action brought about the reaction of Afmataj, who claimed that the car was blocking his passage.

The argument was initially verbal, but then degenerated into a physical altercation. At this point, Afmataj took a "couple" type shotgun and shot his neighbor to death.

After the crime, the perpetrator notified the police himself and then quickly left the scene.
