The administrator of the ' Orange Club ' bar, Ermal Fataj, arrested in connection with the April 9 incident, where 33-year-old Igli Gjoca lost his life during work on the premises of the bar, has given his testimony to investigators.
The administrator was arrested on charges of illegally employing Gjocaj, but denied having employed him, stating that the deceased was friends with the owner.
Fataj stated that the 33-year-old went to the ' Orange Club ' bar on the afternoon of April 9 to see the work being done, based on his friendship with the owner.
According to his statements, Igli Gjoca was not employed, as he worked in his own repair shop, but had gone to give his opinion on the painting and work being carried out at the shop.
Igli Gjoca passed away after coming into contact with electricity while working at a bar in Saranda. The 33-year-old was rushed to the Saranda hospital, but despite the efforts of doctors, he did not survive.
