Asllan Cenalia, the father of murdered officer Novruz Cenalia, has reacted after the Court of Appeals overturned the life sentence of the perpetrator of his son's murder, Azgan Mrnica.
Cenalia, in an interview with Top Channel, said that the Appeals Court's decision is murder for the second time.
He further emphasized that he still hopes for justice and that they will take the decision to the Supreme Court.
"The decision is unexpected for me as a parent. As a police officer, I did not expect that decision, but I hope for justice until the end. The decision is a second murder for me, what can I say? We will continue the legal ways, I am a police officer, enforcing the law. There is nothing worse than what happened to us, but we will try to cope with it. We will take the decision to the Supreme Court, I hope that justice will be served. I have left it to justice to do its job," he told Top Channel.
