An action was carried out in Durrës this Thursday as part of investigations into a suspected property alienation scheme.

By order of the Durrës Prosecutor's Office, 12 security measures have been executed, including "prison arrest", "house arrest" and "compulsion to appear".

Measures have been imposed against officials and former officials of the Cadastre, as well as against persons suspected of having benefited from forged documents for the alienation of properties.

After signing 12 security measures, Durrës prosecutor Mediana Metaj has requested the seizure of all land areas.

Judge Xhevdet Lika approved the request and all lands that were alienated through false documents were placed under seizure.

The assignment of the asset security measure "Preventive Seizure", provided for by Article 274 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, on the following assets registered in Cadastral Zone no. 1574, Durrës:

Property no. 276/1, vol. 5, p. 83, with area 27,550 m²;

Property no. 147/8, vol. 7, p. 5, with area 14,228 m²;

Property no. 39/7, vol. 10, p. 39, with an area of ​​6,000 m²;

Property no. 462/12, vol. 7, p. 6, with area 3,800 m²;

Property no. 143/21, vol. 12, p. 243, with area 5,500 m²;

Property no. 143/22, vol. 12, p. 244, with area 5,500 m²;

Property no. 276/91, vol. 13, p. 121, with area 500 m²;

Property no. 276/84, vol. 12, p. 170, with an area of ​​7,000 m²;

Property no. 276/89, vol. 13, p. 119, with area 500 m²;

Property no. 276/90, vol. 13, p. 120, with area 500 m²;

Property no. 276/88, vol. 12, p. 118, with area 500 m²;

Property no. 276/87, vol. 13, p. 121, with area 3,000 m²;

Property no. 276/85, vol. 12, p. 171, with an area of ​​6,000 m².

The removal of the rights to possess, enjoy and dispose of the aforementioned assets from the owners in whose name these assets are registered, prohibiting the performance of any legal or factual action that leads to the alienation and change of the legal status of these assets, until the effects of the property insurance measure are completed.
