This Thursday afternoon, a major operation was carried out at the Durrës Cadastre, where 12 people were placed under investigation.

These are officials and former officials of the Durrës Cadastre.

They are accused of property theft.

Ramazan Sheshi - prison arrest - suspected of the criminal offenses of "Fraud", "Forgery of documents" and "Laundering of proceeds of criminal offense or criminal activity"

Adrian Kona – prison arrest, suspected of the criminal offenses of “Forgery of documents” and “Abuse of office”

Bledar Zerba - prison arrest, suspected of the criminal offenses of "Forgery of documents" and "Abuse of office"

Rovin Zeqja – prison arrest, suspected of the criminal offenses of "Forgery of documents" and "Abuse of office"

Shaqir Sheshi – house arrest, suspected of the criminal offenses of "Fraud" and "Forgery of documents"

Viktor Mataj – house arrest, suspected of the criminal offense of "Fraud" and "Forgery of documents"

Arianit Mataj – house arrest, suspected of the criminal offenses of "Fraud" and "Forgery of documents"

Besnik Xhafa – house arrest, suspected of the criminal offenses of "Fraud" and "Forgery of documents"

Fiqeret Xhafa – reporting obligation, suspected of the criminal offenses of “Fraud”, “Forgery of documents” and “Laundering of proceeds of criminal offense or criminal activity”

Jonida Mergeja – required to appear, suspected of the criminal offense of "Abuse of office"

Leandro Dervishi – obligation to appear suspected of “Abuse of office”
