The police have provided official information regarding the fatal accident that occurred on Sunday morning on the "Pogradec-Qafë Thanë" road axis, where a woman lost her life.

The announcement states that the vehicle driven by citizen GH, a resident of Korça, collided with a vehicle with foreign license plates, driven by citizen E. LL., a resident of North Macedonia.

As a result of the collision, citizen Elmedina Lloga, 26 years old, resident of Livadhi, Struga, a passenger in the vehicle with foreign license plates, died, and the drivers and two passengers in both vehicles were injured.

The four injured are receiving treatment in hospital and are out of danger.

The investigation team is at the scene and is working to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
