The leader of the Mundësia Party, Agron Shehaj, denounced today a government decision, through which, according to him, Edi Rama has declared the RAMS Albania company a strategic investor, giving it around 88.8 hectares (almost 1 million m²) of land in Vlora.

During his statement, Shehaj published the government's decision document and said that the company has the Turkish actor known as "Osmani" as its public representative, describing this as another case of giving away public property for Rama's interests.

"Now, it is clear that Edi Rama has reached his end and is seeking in every way to escape, escape justice and maintain power," Shehaj emphasizes.

Shehaj refers to a decision of the Council of Ministers that is circulating widely on the network, which states that the Albanian government has approved the transfer of 88.5 hectares of state land in the city of Vlora, which will be made available to the company "RAMS Albania" for the development and implementation of the strategic investment project called "Vlora TEDA/RAMS Free Zone", where a free economic zone will be built.

The company in question turns out to be owned by Mehmet Faruk Burbul, owner of the giant international corporation "RAMS Global" headquartered in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Suspicions about the Turkish actor's involvement have been raised by the fact that since March 2025, Burak Ozcivit was officially declared the image and official partner of "RAMS Global" in several major international projects in Iraq and Kazakhstan.

We recall that last summer, the Turkish actor was on vacation in Vlora.
