Tirana Court reduces service hours for citizens due to high temperatures

The Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Tirana has decided to shorten its service hours for citizens, as a result of the extreme temperatures that have engulfed our country these days and are expected to last throughout the month of July.

In order to care for the health and lives of court employees and its users, as well as guaranteeing the continuity, quality and standards of services provided to citizens, the hours have been reduced to 5 hours per day.

According to the order signed by the president of the court, Gerd Hoxha, the new schedule will be implemented from July 6 to August 31, 2026. During this period, the counters will be open to citizens from 08:00 to 13:00, while after this time there will be no services, except in emergency cases.

The decision entered into force yesterday, June 30.
