The teenager who accessed SHISH servers, affected by autism spectrum disorder

The 15-year-old who was able to access the servers of several important institutions, such as the Parliament of Albania, the SHISH Institution, and several other institutions, is affected by autism spectrum disorder.

He is being investigated as there may have been other people who may have pushed the 15-year-old to interfere with the institutions' servers, according to Top Channel.

According to the police, no data from the institutions has been obtained, but work is still underway to question the 15-year-old.

He managed to hack into the emails and official websites of some of the state institutions in the country.

He has been placed under investigation, after being identified after a month of investigations.

The minor residing in Vlora is suspected of having, during March 2025, unauthorizedly interfered with the computer data of several state institutions, causing their functioning to be interrupted for certain periods of time.

Investigations to date have not resulted in the theft of confidential data or documents from these systems.

During the operation, several devices were seized, which will undergo in-depth technical examinations: 5 laptop computers, 6 mobile phones and 1 drone.
