Will Rama participate in the Peace Board meeting in Washington?

On February 19, under the leadership of Donald Trump, the Peace Board is expected to meet for the first time.

The Washington gathering reported by international media, citing invitation letters, is expected to serve as a leadership summit and fundraising conference for the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, according to an initiative launched by US President Donald Trump.

At the moment, it is not known whether Prime Minister Edi Rama has received such an invitation to be present in Washington.

On January 22, representatives of 19 countries signed the Peace Board Charter on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

The Peace Board was established as part of efforts to find a peaceful solution in Gaza. Washington has said that other countries have since joined the initiative.
