Elodi Rapi's family is asking for the help of Albanians, to contribute as much as they can, to give their 8-year-old daughter a chance to survive her serious illness. Of the 50 thousand euros that the family needs, half have been collected in record time.
Elodi has been hospitalized at the Tirana Pediatric Hospital for a month and has been diagnosed with Autoimmune Inflammatory Disease and Autoimmune Hepatitis, resulting in severe Liver Failure.
The 8-year-old's aunt says she needs specialized treatment abroad and the only option for her treatment is at the Gaslin Hospital in Genoa, Italy, but the costs are too high and the family cannot afford them.
