This Monday, the opposition has called for a national protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office.

Around 1,300 police officers are engaged in the opposition protest, which is expected to start at 6:00 PM on Dëshmorët e Kombit Boulevard in the capital.

Eagle forces, as well as civilian agents, will be deployed at the protest.


The special unit RENEA will also be on standby to guarantee public order and safety.

It is learned that five water tankers have been positioned near the Prime Minister's Office, as a preventive measure in case of tensions, while the doors of the institution have been armored.


Permission for the rally was granted for two hours, while the Democratic Party has not yet specified its duration.

Meanwhile, Adriatik Lapaj has left the place where the protest will be held.
