The Prosecutor's Office at the Fier Court of First Instance has seized a luxury vehicle, the "Lamborghini Urus Mansory", owned by citizen Arbër Muça, as part of the investigation into the criminal offense of "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity".
The seizure was made in the framework of property proceedings no. 3 of 2024, registered under the law on combating organized crime and trafficking through measures against property. The vehicle, modified by the Mansory factory and brought to Albania from Dubai, is suspected of being introduced into the country through third parties, to hide its real origin.
This development comes after another decision a year ago, when the Fier Prosecutor's Office seized movable and immovable assets worth around 2 million euros, including vehicles, jewelry and large sums of money, owned by Arbër Muça.
The prosecution announces that investigations into illicit enrichment will continue, taking further measures to seize and confiscate assets suspected of having been obtained from criminal activity.
