The security measure for former road chief Roven Zeka is changed from "prison arrest" to "house arrest".
The decision came after a medical examination to determine the health condition of the former head of the Tirana traffic police station, with the argument that he had damaged his pelvis after falling in detention.
Zeka is suspected by SPAK of corruption related to the procedures for an accident.
Earlier, the prison arrest measure was upheld by the GJKKO appeal against him and officer Edison Tabaku, while the head of accident investigation Sokol Novaku was released under house arrest due to family circumstances.
