The police of Shkodra have solved the assassination attempt that shocked Shkodra on August 30, 2024. It is about 4 people who, according to the police, were hired killers.

One person has been arrested while his 3 accomplices are being sought. A garage was discovered in the territory of the municipality of Tirana, which served 4 citizens, as a criminal base to hide trafficked vehicles, which would be used during the commission of crimes.

According to the data from the Shkodra Blues, several people were accompanied to the police who gave details about this assassination that happened on "Isuf Sokoli" street in Shkodra, which helped clarify the data about this event.

The operation, the result of the intensive and professional investigative work of the services of the DVP Shkodër, in cooperation with the services of the DVP Tirana and the Prosecutor's Office of Shkodra. 

The murder of the citizen E. Rr. (Sh.), carried out on 30.08.2024, in a bar in the "Ahmet Haxhia" neighborhood. 

A citizen implicated in this case was caught and put in handcuffs. Intensive work is being done to capture the 3 co-authors of this murder, who have already been identified by the Police.

A garage was discovered in the territory of the municipality of Tirana, which served 4 citizens, as a criminal base to hide trafficked vehicles, which would be used during the commission of crimes.

3 trafficked vehicles from different European countries and parts of the vehicle used by the perpetrators during the murder of the citizen E. Rr. (Sh.).

As a result of an intensive operational and investigative work, carried out by the structures of the Shkodra Local Police Directorate, in cooperation with the services of the Tirana Local Police Directorate and the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office, with the aim of clarifying the dynamics and authorship of the murder of citizen E. St. (Sh.), carried out on 30.08.2024, in a bar in the "Ahmet Haxhia" neighborhood, the coded police operation "Fjalekryqi" was finalized.

As part of this operation, citizen Xh. was identified, captured and imprisoned. M., 26 years old, for the criminal offenses "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth" and "Trafficking of motor vehicles", committed in cooperation. Also, they were identified and declared wanted for the criminal offenses of "Premeditated murder", "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and " Trafficking of motor vehicles", carried out in cooperation, citizens J. Xh., 31 years old, V. Xh., 38 years old and DM, 42 years old.

From the investigations, it is suspected that these 4 citizens have organized and committed the murder of the citizen E. Rr. (Sh.).

Following the operation, in cooperation with the services of the DVP Tirana, a garage was discovered in the territory of the municipality of Tirana, where these 4 citizens kept trafficked vehicles from different European countries, which are suspected to have been secured to serve during the commission of serious crimes against the person.

From the controls in this environment, 3 suspected trafficked vehicles and parts of the suspected vehicle used by the perpetrators, during the murder of the citizen E. Rr., were found and seized as material evidence. (Sh.).

Searches continue intensively with the aim of locating and arresting the 3 wanted citizens.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office of Shkodra, for further actions
