Sokol Bizhga comes from a long career, initially as a crime officer before the riots of 1996 in the Vlorë-Saranda area, where he was attempted to be killed in action, (as he was kidnapped, executed and burned on March 4, 1997 during a police operation, the officer Gjergj Mehmeti), his life in office was also threatened. On May 22, 2020, Bizhga passed the Vetting and justified his wealth by saying that he worked in Italy in construction, where he saved most of his money. In the wealth tab, Bizhga owns a 1+1 apartment, 64 m2, a 94 m2 apartment in Durrës in the name of his wife in 2006, a 52 m2 shop in Durrës, a flat and land in Gjirokastër in the name of his son and two bank deposits .

In relation to the evaluation and purity of the image, the External Evaluation Commission has stated that Sokol Bizhga has no record of criminal activity, has no contacts with the world of crime and there are no denunciations on his behalf. His professional achievements are also noted positively.
