Barush Bregu, also known as Bajram Bregu, is, according to the police, one of Ragip Gila's collaborators, who carried out the massacre yesterday with two victims and two injured in Shkodra.

Bregu is known as the right-hand man of Ibrahim Lici, the main suspect in the murder of the Bilali brothers on March 30 of this year, and a member of the Lici family who are in conflict with another criminal group, Bajri, the latter of which was arrested in September of last year.

In 2016, Bregu was sentenced to 4 years in prison for cultivating narcotic plants, committed in collaboration, and possessing weapons without a license.

In 2018, police found a Kalashnikov assault rifle during an operation in his apartment.

Last year, Barush or Bajram Bregu, during a chase by the Shkodra police, managed to escape by crashing his vehicle into two police patrol cars, escaping the pursuit.
