Joan Laporta promised that Barcelona will be "unstoppable" after being re-elected as club president for another five years.
Winning just over 68% of the vote, he will begin his second consecutive term, and fourth overall, from July 1, the La Liga club announced on Sunday.
His opponent, Victor Font, received almost 30% of the vote, while the remaining votes were declared invalid.
After taking office in March 2021, Laporta resigned last month in accordance with the club's statutes to seek re-election.
The 63-year-old described the result as "very convincing", adding that it "gives us great strength".
“This makes us unstoppable,” he said. “No one will stop us. Exciting years lie ahead. They will be the best years of our lives.
"This is a wonderful club, where the members elect the president and the board of directors. A unique club in the world, truly extraordinary."
Laporta, who first managed Barcelona from 2003 to 2010 and was the one who appointed Pep Guardiola as coach, thanked the members who voted, calling the process a "celebration of democracy and civic spirit."
He promised that during the new term, the leaders and fans will "protect Barça from everything and anyone."
In his victory speech, he also promised to strengthen the first team and complete the reconstruction of the Camp Nou stadium.
Around 48,500 votes were cast in total, a turnout of 42.34%, with Laporta securing 32,934 votes, while 53-year-old Font received 14,385.
The Catalan club has faced major financial problems in recent years, but last season managed to win the domestic treble.
They currently lead rivals Real Madrid by four points at the top of La Liga after Raphinha scored three goals in a 5-2 win over Sevilla on Sunday.
On Wednesday, Barcelona will face Newcastle United in the second leg of the Champions League round of 16.
A 96th-minute penalty from Lamine Yamal earned Barcelona a 1-1 draw at St James' Park last week.
