Armando Broja seems to have ended his season with Everton prematurely. This is evident from today's decision of coach Devid Mojes, who has left the striker of the Albanian national team as a spectator for the historic match against Southampton.
The match in question is special as it will be the last that Everton plays as hosts at the "Goodison Park" stadium, as it will move to a more modern one. For this challenge, Broja has not been preferred even on the bench by the coach who has thus given a clear message that he is not included in the club's plans for the future.
Everton had the option of activating the clause for the purchase of the Albanian striker, but the recent decisions of Moje, who has reserved very few minutes, mean that this option is no longer discussed. Thus, Broja will return at the end of his loan to Chelsea, to immediately start the search for a new team as there is no space for him even at the Londoners.
