The General Secretary of the Socialist Party, Damian Gjiknuri, has formalized the candidacy of Benet Beci for the Municipality of Shkodra.

In an interview for ' Breaking' in TopNews , Gjiknuri said that Beci is a serious candidate and that he will bring victory to the SP in the capital of the North of the country.

For Elbasan and Tirana, Gjiknuri said that there is no doubt that they will reap victories as well, while for Durrës he said that they do not have anything official yet.

" It is a very good moment for Shkodra, we have a very serious candidate. Benet Beci has declared himself as a candidate for Shkodra. In Elbasan, we do not discuss the victory of Gledian Llatjas. On the other hand, we have a grouping of parties with different people who offer nothing new.

I don't believe there are any doubts about our victory. Even for Tirana, I don't believe we should have doubts. Now the Opposition is in the race just to do the job. We have nothing official regarding the Durrës candidate ," Gjiknuri said.
