Veliaj visits The Hague to meet former KLA leaders in prison

The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, visited The Hague where he met the former leaders of the KLA, Hashim Thaçin, Kadri Veselin, Jakup Krasniq and Rexhep Selim in prison.

Veliaj was accompanied by the deputy speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Enver Hoxhaj. It was the latter who announced Veliajht's visit and shared a photo with the mayor of Tirana through the Special Court.

Hoxhaj writes on social networks that they will continue to fight to win the battle of Kosovo in The Hague.

"Today, we met our friends in The Hague! Together with the mayor of Tirana, my friend, Erion Veliaj, we visited friends Hashim Thaçin, Kadri Veselin, Jakup Krasniq and Rexhep Selim. As always, determined and full of will to win the battle of Kosovo in The Hague, because the glorious war of the KLA and not the individual is being judged there. Unstoppable and energetic, they will emerge victorious in this continuation of the fight for freedom and independence of the leaders of the KLA," Hoxhaj writes.
