The spokesperson of the Democratic Party, Mirela Karabina, has made a statement regarding the former prime minister,  Sali Berisha , whom she says should go and face justice and not hide like an ostrich.

This reaction of Karabina comes after Sali Berisha attacked Lulzim Basha for being considered by Rama as a slanderer.

Karabina says that Berisha should go to court and not use the democrats as a shield, as Hamas does with civilians, comparing it to war.

"Sali Berisha should go and face justice and not hide like an ostrich. He should go prove he is innocent and not use the democrats as a shield, just like Hamas does," writes Karabina.

Karabina says that because of his personal problems and his family's, Berisha is trying to damage the DP.

"Sali Berisha is today an unwanted person in the USA and Great Britain. For his personal situation, for two years, together with Edi Rama, he has been trying to damage the PD, in exchange for the towers of his family members. The problems and nightmares of non-women are not solved and will not be solved with fraud cooked in the common cauldron with Edi Rama and served in the media paid with the money of crime and corruption", writes Karabina.
